dont to sound like a smart ass... but they would have a decent crack at beating us on anzac day.

Stanton and Watson seem to always get a belting on here, yet they work the hardest and get most of the ball every week.

Granted they have not used the ball all that well, but next to none in the side have. If we had a better supporting cast of midfielders things would be alot different.

Anyone heard news on Lloyd? Monfries should definately be in, was an illness i heard. If no Lloyd then Johns has to come in, dont see any sense in playing Laycock one out in the 50 like last Fri.. his too slow, and when the ball hits the deck the turnovers cost us. Ive been reasonably happy with CJs...

I wouldnt say his real chance has come until now. In the past the 50 had been occupied by 2 big forwards with little space, not to mention the fact that midfielders would be looking for Lloyd/Lucas first. If he plays tonight the 50 is his for the first time. I would be satisfied with 3 goals minimum...

Wouldn't drop Stanton. His the hardest running midfielder we have.. against one of the hardest running midfields going around, would be idiotic. And for one mistake? That'd be insane. Slattery In for Jetta would be my only change. Would ideally like to have Welsh in as well.. get a bit worried about...

footy was a different game back then... you could afford to take a punt. Coach has to do alot more then just address his players and pick a side.
