i heard somewere in the news awhile back that Bryan Taylor was lured to Channel 7 for commentary of the AFL. Dont know if he's AS good without his counter part JB, those two are hilarious.

i always thought Gumbleton was the preferred choice?

more of a defensive unit where as hansen was capable of filling in at CHB but was primarily a forward player.

if we did pick him up there wouldnt be a spot on the team for him unless there were a major amount of injuries to our backmen, PLUS we have an abundance of running backmen its not funny ie Mcphee, NLM, Mcveigh, Welsh, Nash, MJ (when need be), Cole and Bradley

i was about to say, adelaide are pretty interested in bolton and have hayden skipworth and some other bloke on the table.

i'd be happy to let bolton go to adelaide as would sheedy since he tried to offload him to years ago to carlton but bolton refused and ended up staying.

NLM would have to be one of the most underated players at this club. He is a godsend off HB giving us a lot of pace on the rebound. not only that he can play both ends of the ground and knows how to kick goals and take screamers. does anyone know what the deal with mcphee not being contracted yet i...

if we get a second round draft pick and a player out of it then i guess it'd be worth it, otherwise pretty sad solly is leaving even though he has struggled the last couple years. will miss his hardness and battering ram-esk characteristic which he brought to the side, now we have NO ONE to fill tho...

Bret Thornton wants to move...

http://afl.com.au/default.asp?pg=news&spg=display&articleid=302128 to preferably Hawthorn. after being offered a new contract by carlton he has rejected it and ask to be traded to hawthorn. Wether they'll take him in or not is another question, is he worth a look? 3rd tall or a possibly capa...

IMO the reason why they haven't ever been able to push through to the grandfinal and win is because they have lacked a solid reliable spine.

i think we need to go with a classy midfielder with good delivery skills which might be hard to find at the 18/20 pick. but we've already got the likes of Sam Lonergan who is a in and under gritty type player and another rookie whos been labelled abit of a hardnut i think maybe heath hocking? not su...

i dont think teddy really fits in with the swannies style of game, looked much better when he was playing with us, but oh well, good luck to him might be playing in his first grand final! the comparisons of were he could of been if he had stayed.

would be pretty dissapointed if we let solomon go... despite not being able to get back to the way he use to be, i love the way he goes about his football when he IS on his game. would laugh histerically if they traded DJ back to us for solomon. but i say a hardnut for hardnut, Cambell Brown for Sol...

Spot on King_Rasto. I've keep bringing his name up when everyone starts talking drafting KP Defenders. Noone ever lists his name when it comes to backline stocks. The guy was All Australian U-18 FB just last year and they've all forgotten him. drafting a CHB is what everyones on about, Fletchers ge...
