Re: 3rd Test Australia V India - Perth

Played cricket shots as well, nothing really horrible with his shot selection though the last over showed that he is a bit uncomfortable when he can't play his natural game. Still looks a bit awkward at times with his defensive shots, his bat seems as though it is on an angle but other than that he ...

Re: 3rd Test Australia V India - Perth

Siddle got Dravid with a beauty!! straight at leg stump on the toes and bowled! I thought it was a pretty ordinary ball which Dravid would clip through the leg side 19 times of out 20. Missing shots like those must make him realise that at 38 his time to pull the plug is coming soon. Starc is sendi...

Re: 3rd Test Australia V India - Perth

I'm expecting Starc to go for plenty. Has potential but he is all over the shop, sprays them too wide and bowls too many full tosses. He apparently has spent some time working with Wasim Akram in the last week or so. Hopefully he can become at least half as good as Akram was (as good would be bette...

Re: 3rd Test Australia V India - Perth

This isn't a great look but is barely even news worthy Funny how the Indians are jumping up and down but we have made no comment. Isn't the pitch going to be used for both teams? Just trying to take attention away from their soft underbelly. Looking for an excuse. Still cursing that Patto isn't in,...

Re: If Brad Haddin Were Brett Lee......

Telling stats indeed!!!. Add to this the "Trash Talking" fired at the Indians recently, and our Bradley really is the complete package. It was probably a diversion tactic. Get people talking about his comments rather than his keeping. Zaheer Khan made sure that the focus should still rema...

Re: mmm, fluffy

When i went and watched the dons train at Goschs last month, thought it was interesting there was only four blokes that couldn't finish training. They were allowed to do 8k training then they were off. Browney was included in this. Also know Gumby pretty well and I'll tell you what you already know...

Re: Brett Lee

You're kidding. He's an insufferable tosser. His main problem is his expressions when something happens: "OH YES!"; "YEP!"; "YES, YES, YES!"; "MAXIMUM!"; and so on and so forth. Then there's his extra emphasis he puts on some words, pretty much growling somet...

Re: If Brad Haddin Were Brett Lee......

Ah na....those of you who doubt Haddin's crapness will have to audit the other keepers to prove me wrong by comparison  I at least have an advantage because someone else has done some English wicketkeepers. So I will pit him against Geraint Jones. What about that Pakistani keeper? Can't remem...

Wrong Doolan. There is one thing Lee always says that is perfect for Haddin:

YEAH, THE BALL IS REALLY COMING OUT OF THE HAND QUITE WELL.

Re: 1st Test Australia v India Boxing Day

We need at least 300 in front, and wont get it. Test pretty much gone unless the "inexperienced" bowlers who were meant to be our weak link do the job once again. As for Brad Haddin, I would rather Slattery to be our keeper and batsman than that red-headed c***. Love the commercial "p...

Re: Hurls + Zaka now leaders

Apart from elevating the status of the chosen players, does the leadership group really achieve anything??? What is the actual point of creating a leadership group.?? They do lots of good things, too many to name  I think it is just about elevating the status, getting certain players more inv...

Re: Hurls + Zaka now leaders

Good move. I think the Hurley move may be a bit premeture to probably assist in getting him to sign on the bottom line (don't think he will leave anyway)

I think they were (c) and (vc) in the u18 for Vic Metro weren't they?

Serious f****** man-love for Hurls.
