SCG

Did Sydney water the ground to slow our team down. And force us to play more contested/less free flowing footy? On the Sunday footy show Billy brownless said it hadnt been raining. when asked why was the ground wet, and ball greasy. Apparently did same thing in the 2005 prelim final vs Cats in Sydne...

West Coast may lose this week to kangaroos as well which will make it an even bigger game against essendon. West Coast do not look the same without cousins, kerr, and embley. Plus judd will be tagged. kangaroos in good form still, tho lucky to beat melb.

John Howard - heaven or Hell

While on his morning walk, Prime Minister John Howard falls over, has a heart attack and dies because the accident and emergency ward at his nearest hospital is too understaffed to treat him in time. So his soul arrives in Heaven and he is met by Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates. "Welcome to Hea...

Who knows when his last game will be.
He might get injured this year, or play a full year uinjury free plus finals.
If Sheedy gets his contract renewed he may even talk Hird into playing another season. Especially if Hird stays injury Free and the bombers make the finals

Bendigo Bombers hit target after slow start

BENDIGO overcame a sluggish start yesterday to outclass the Dolphins by 23 points at Frankston Oval. Boosted by some quality talls, including Kepler Bradley, Courtney Johns and Jason Laycock, the Bombers didn't gel as a team until midway through the second quarter. Goalless and trailing by 23 points...

Gumbleton and Neagle both out injured
Johns has been in the ones.
But simply Bendigo needed a key forward to kick goals.
Kepler has been able to fill the void, when gubleton and neagle get back, i assume he will fill other roles in the reserves.

I Believe one of Either johns or Laycock should have been left in. As the Third Tall, and Laycock would also be backup ruckman for Hille.
Although a Bag of 5 or 6 Goals at Bendigo for Johns and A full game in the ruck for Laycock should improve both their fitness and confidence.

Richardson most likely out, with a fractured eye socket 4-6 weeks.
If essendon lose to richmond without a ruckman (Simmonds) and a key Forward(Richardson) it will be a travesty

Well i have thought that Mal usually does well on lloyd when we play Brisbane. So lloyd will have the relief of not having to line up against big Mal for a start :P
And i would love to see either Lloyd or Lucas (or both) have a big haul against brisbane like what Brown has done to us in recent years.

The Hair Dryer

A distinguished young woman on a flight from Ireland asked the Priest beside her, "Father, may I ask a favour? "Of course. What may I do for you? "Well, I bought an expensive woman's electronic hair dryer for my mother's birthday that is unopened and well over the Customs limit, and I...

West Coast defeated

West Coasts chance of going through a season undefeated has ended.
However Richmond (more likely) and Melbourne still have a chance to go through season winless.

Is the Ben cousins / WCE Salary Cap Relief a precedent for clubs with players on the tested positive to recreational drugs list.

Which therefore would enable clubs to seek Salary cap relief for those players who tested positive to have treatment

What johns needs to do is become a bit more versatile than just purely a full forward. E.g going down back,
aka lucas last week (although i didnt like that)
and he could have done the role that bradley did while Ryder was in the ruck.
