David Myers

Age: 29
Pick: 6
Games: 117

Part of leadership group 2019.

Today’s effort: 12 dosposals @58% efficiency.

We’re going absolutely nowhere while this guy occupies a spot in the midfield. Maybe when he turns 30, he’ll get better?

Joke.

Re: Heppell asks for patience

As I couldn't see it or hear it here in Brisbane, can someone tell me more about our defence - Ambrose etc. Where did we leak the worst? What happened to Hurley? Where did they kick most goals from? How did McKernan go? What were conditions like at the ground? Already heard our delivery fwd was abs...

Re: R1 Essendon v Greater Western Sydney

Is anyone actually surprised? The writing was on the wall in the JLT....but all the rose colored glasses brigade were screaming the JLT doesn’t count. No they don’t. But the form, game style, fitness of the players sure does and that was all missing in the pre season festival of crap. To me the coa...

I will dispute one part of the article. Melbourne were putrid yesterday.

Put together - both teams would stink it up.
Melbourne will absolutely destroy us though. They even beat us when they were totally rock bottom and without a soul. We are beyond shit. Seriously.

Re: Heppell asks for patience

Everyone just needs to calm down. Be patient! We are still learning. We are learning how to hold a football. We are learning how to run with it. We are learning how to kick it. We are learning how to pass it to someone with the same jumper. Please be patient! We are learning what to do when the oppo...

Re: Sheffield Shield, ODD’s & Big Bash 2018/19

WA give QLD a start and a beating. Currently sitting 2nd,we now await the Result of the Tasmania v NSW match in Hobart, which is under threat of Rain. NSW are in the ascendancy, but if the weather sets in,they’re Out. Hope they have fun playing cards today. Tasmania capitulated horrendously today. Ha...

Heppel has posted an upbeat post on Facebook today that the team has been going great guns at training with still heaps to learn. So I guess that means that by 2038 they gonna be ready.... :|
Still heaps to learn

Re: Joe Daniher's Groin, Calf, Moustache, Little Pinky

Do I sense a lack of player / injury welfare creeping into the club? We used to get quite a lot of “training” injuries at Windy Hill before the decision to create the Tullamarine complex. Now we’re seeing it all over again... Haha, yes! How many knees and broken bones were sustained at training at ...

Re: Sue Neill-Fraser

She has been granted an appeal to the Supreme Court. If successful, the conviction may be quashed or she may be re-tried. Yes, I noticed that. Too much light on this case for them not to proceed with an appeal. This is the system; Quick to convict, slow to exonerate miscarriage of justice The woman...

Toxic culture over there. Maybe Bennell has brought some of that shit with him from the Gold Coast? Still, there has always been some sort of fuckwittery going on around Freo over the years. And all the club does is “support” or “defend” that sort of rubbish instead of trying to stamp it out. Three ...

I'm not quite sure just what a "high half-forward" is.

Likewise is there a low half-forward?
Is that a reference for players like Jake Carlisle, Ben Cousins or Shane Mumford??
