Haven't seen the game yet.

Great skipper's knock.

What was Maxy's innings like.??
Pretty damn good. Typical Maxwell innings - clean hitting, picking vacant spots around the ground. I think he scored his runs off 25 balls 👍🏼

Re: Open Letter to John Worsfold

6 - 6 so far ain’t fine, but I reckon we are doing better than previously expected, given the early disasters of this season. Up to Worsfold, the coaching staff and the players to determine how much better this season can be. I’m not terribly optimistic, but ever hopefull.Watch this space! Reckon it's ...

Must have been a lot of scoring after 3/4 Time.Did the heavens open up and swamp Melbourne? Think Ben might have said 3/4 Time when he meant final scores. Re: R13 Essendon v Hawthorn

Cracking game from Conor McKenna. Loved his little Gaelic kick as he was running out of defence in the 1st quarter. Does anyone know if that counted as a “bounce” during his run? Is it technically a kick? Adam Saad was brilliant. He is absolutely terrific when getting to contests. His closing speeds...

Re: R13 Essendon v Hawthorn

Under the pump: Dylan Clarke was very good against Carlton in his return to the senior side, but coach John Worsfold couldn't guarantee the midfielder a spot against the Hawks with other players returning. Ben McNiece and Mark Baguley are others who could be on the fringe. Medical room: Essendon is...

And the coach?? Whats his score?? THE COACH (5 wins, 6 losses) - coaching the players to play the way they wanna play. He has managed to get the team going after an unconscious start to the season. As a chemist, he’s doing everything he can to get the chemistry right. He’s done something extraordin...

Re: 2019 Half Season Report Card

Ben ... you're getting soft in your advancing years. More than half of the best 25 have 7+ scores (13 players) in my mind, "good or "very good" Just under half (12 players) have scores of 5-6.5 ... just OK to adequate Only 3 or 4 are rated as poor. We should be in the Eight then. PS. Tippa comes in...
