Maybe he had it too easy for Subiaco after all.Still thought he was worth pursuing.
you were pumping this guy up grassy and hes been horrible. him not getting games at freo had nothing to do with ross lyon not liking him or being a bad evaluator of talent, hes just no good.

Was waiting for this to be addressed.

I am shocked at the justification. This is a disgrace. The multiple, non-paid holding the ball decisions were a farce, but then to try and justify it?? https://www.afl.com.au/news/2019-04-27/they-were-the-correct-calls-umpire-stands-by-anzac-day-calls This is beyond pathetic. After re-watching this ...

Re: DYLAN SHIEL

I'm sold, but if he could nail his shots on goal.... dont expect it any time soon. it was one of flaws in his game before we got him. he isnt a goal kicking mid. he doesnt seem to have the ability to kick straight after a strong burst of speed, unlike ablett, danger etc. or in times past aker, judd.

Greenwood to Merrett is my prediction.
this is a lock to happen unfortunately.

i think essendon can win this game. there has been continued improvement every week after a horrible first 2 rounds. got to go hard for 4 qtrs though.

predictions for today

i am interested to see how people think the team will go today before the game. what are people honestly expecting (not wanting, theres a difference)? Win or lose? Continued improvement, or back to straight garbage. i actually have no idea what to think, except that we will probably lose. i just hop...

Re: Skip Bin Ordered @ Tullamarine

Hartley has singed on for 2019 one year deal.... great news! He is excellent backup for the defense... how many more have be moved on? So, technically, he’s been put into the recycle bin  I like Hartley. He’s a very strong defender. Hardly beaten on one on ones. But he just doesn’t have that ...

Re: Sack Worsfold

What was Neeld's role? What was his influence? Why was he sacked? Is it coincidence we improved after he left? I think it had a lot more to do with Woosha and others seeing the wood falling around them, getting feedback from angry fans and consequently pulling out their collective finger re selecti...

Re: SEE YA BRENDAN

For all the talk about how poor his onfield antics etc are the only ones to publicly mention their displeasure of him are Paul Chapman, champion player but if you want to talk questionable characters on field you can start with Mr Its All About Me, and I believe Jake Carlisle. Reality is the absolu...

Re: Skip Bin Ordered @ Tullamarine

I’m tired of saying what has been said above re: The Fumbler. But I did giggle my arse off when he had 3 consecutive fumbles in one passage of play. To his credit, it ended up in a goal to Laverde. He’s gotta go. worsfold clearly likes him, doubt he'll be gone. his disposal is shocking. it never us...

Dylan Smith - surely the recruit of the year and may (should) win an AA selection. Must be short priced favourite to win the Crichton in his first season.
not sure who this dylan smith fellow is?

Re: Biffs,Bumps and Brawlers

Well yeah,I called it an Incident, but I suppose you can’t really include Kevin O’Keefe as a brawler. Out of his control as well, was a clearance brawl between Fitzroy and East Perth for his services. On a lighter note,he was known to indulge in a big Lunch of Baked Beans on Saturdays.I take it light...

Re: Message for Carlisle

I don't know why there's the hate for Carsisle (and the booing last night after the first one or two was boorish) He left for much the same reasons as Hibberd. And he demanded that the Saints give us fair compensation for the trade (unlike Ryder). We got Parish and Bird from that trade. We've done ...

Re: Jumping Jimmy Stewart

Agreed re finding form. The way he's going one year would be plenty, I mean really, he can't nail a spot in the team with Daniher & McKernan out and Hooker in the backline?? i was going to make a thread about this guy in relation to exactly what you said. He has some strong attributes but if he can...

Wasn't he in hospital after the game last week?
Probably knocked him around.
More than we thought...
he shouldnt have been plaing then.

he had zero impact today when we needed him most.
