Re: Darcy Parish 4th
Gimps....never threatened or even intimated you re my nephew. It was Wobbie after he called my daughter a "whore" & Sgt Nephew saw it and was shall we say .... very upset. I have privately settled any issues we may have had. Bouncer seems to want to continue a one way War. Boring. Not ...

AFLPA Awards. Darce is nominated. Mills isn't.....by his peers! Do you even know how this process works? And Hogan v Merrett THIS year has f*** all to do with an award based on last year you idiot. Noone predicted Merret to be THIS good this year. Oh piss off you Neanderthal idiot. You cherry pick ...

Re: Darcy Parish 4th
The CEO of the league didn't give Darcy a vote. Bloody joke. Look at stats that matter. Contested Ball, possessions, playing in bottom side with lesser skilled players around him, drafted and becomes instantly vital inside mid in first year at 73kgs, etc etc. Obviously degree of difficulty in posit...

As an aside - the NDIS hasn't made payments to service providers or families for about 2 months! http://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2016-08-10/ndis-providers-entering-their-eighth-week-without-payment/7711754 WOW I hadn't heard that. That is a f****** disgrace! Melcolm will blame somebody else. Obviousl...

Applaud his commitment and dedication. God help him in 10 years when age and his terrible knee problems catch up with him. Thanks Coons. Always be admired at Essendon and I do hope the Bulldogs fans help to give him a great send off . What Windy said x2. He may have looked at the proposed 2017 full...

AFL spending money on soulless "Teams"
I understand that the new recruits to the mighty Essendon Football Club spend the first few days of their Bomber journey, are taught about the history of the Club; our history, our culture, our morals, our non-negotiables, "don't complain, don't explain" etc..... Yesterday, and even in man...

Re: Captain Zach - Merrett
He's a ripper. What a season he's having. Deserved to be captain yesterday, and deserves to enjoy success. He's on target to breaking the record for most disposals in a season at the club. What a great effort that would be at age 20. Will cream the Crichton this year, and TBH, should make the AA te...

Re: We can beat cold toast
Nice to see everyone so up and about. f****** cracking win! The umpires tried to f*** us, but we still got over the line. We scrapped in despite crap skills and crap umpiring, especially bad umpiring in Q3. They had no friggin' idea those guys, #13 & #31 were just junk and should be dropped to ...

Could we lose the Number One Draft Pick....
Sorry Windy I meant we lose the Number One Draft Pick, assuming we don't win one but as I write the Bears are 40 points up over the Poos so maybe not be an issue unless for example the AFLSSR give them the 1st 2 picks Compensation for Incompetence..Windy_Hill wrote:We won't lose our first pick. Third youngest captain, at 20 years, ever of EFC. After Madden & Tim Watson. Elite company there. Future champ if not already.
Congratulations Zach.

Re: Stants
As useless as he was becoming, He'll certainly provide something better than Gleeson etc. Also its not so much about the fact he'll be back playing, i think the most important aspect is that he resigned during the "mass exodus" that sends another important message. Gleeson useless?...

Could we lose the Number One Draft Pick....
.........to perennial loser, tin rattling Clubs whose lack of success creates moans & whinges of give us Priority Picks by the AFLSSR? (Assuming we don't win again this year) We have been kicked from pillar to post for Bad Governance not PEDs that even the AFL's own Court found us not guilty of....

Re: Ambrose
Ambrose is Hooker Mark II. Has really shown in just a handful of games that he can be a very effective nullifier down back. Not as tall as Hooker but better defensive pressure at ground level. Don't forget, Hooker copped a lot of hate on here. Now he's a club favourite. Not to mention an All Austra...

Stants
Dear Philip, Essendon Football Club is pleased to announce Brent Stanton will return to the Bombers next season. The 30-year old has agreed to a one year contract that will see him ‘Don the Sash’ for the 2017 season. Stanton said the football program John Worsfold has established at the Club fills h...

Re: Ambrose
Playing as a forward he was a liability having to turn back into traffic not being agile enough. Playing back where your responsibility is a (negative) stopper and you play straight ahead rarely having to having turn back our way suits his skill set. He after all presses 150kgs plus only bettered in...
