Re: Fitness Staff

Suaviter in Modo, Fortiter in Re (Gently in manner, resolutely in execution ) The actual opposite of much of our playing performance in the last 15 years. Funny mdso you are contemplating not renewing your membership because after that insipid effort that was the very thing that went through my min...

Re: Fitness Staff

From the Essendon Fc website; After nine years of service to the Essendon Football Club, physical performance manager Justin Crow will depart the Bombers at season’s end. Both the club and Crow have agreed to mutually part ways, with Crow set to weigh up opportunities both within football and other...

Re: We Are Too Forgiving

I am tired of all the excuses, I am tired of the membership staff trying to con us into spending more money, I am sick and tired of the club playing injured players who should not be playing. Didn't we learn anything from the supplements saga about a duty of care. Our medico's/physio's need reviewin...

Re: Fitness Staff

We can all talk until we are blue in the face, it will make no difference. This club has accepted mediocrity as its martyr, learned to bow and scrape during the saga to the AFL and that's where we have remained sucking arse. We are mentally weak. From the top infiltrating all the way down to the pla...

Re: R21 Essendon v Western Bulldogs

If we cannot play our usual game then perhaps what we can do is muck up the Doggies game. By fierce tackling and tagging and pressure. If Clarke (not the ruckman) is playing perhaps he can tag Naughton. I'm hoping this game will be full of surprises. The Doggies will be expecting to win this one and...

Re: Essendon Rumour Mill

Looking at the injuries we already have, what is one more crock??? Harley has a bad reputation in terms of not doing what he is supposed to, almost like a defiance disorder. Stringer might be the perfect mentor. According to other clubs, we are the drug specialists. He would need to have a water tig...

Re: VFL Essendon 2019

OK, I know our VFL team have only played two games into the season, but their percentage of 435.94 is still pretty awesome :D https://www.scoreboard.com/au/afl/australia/vfl/standings/ Better get them to give our AFL team some kicking hand and foot skills lessons. They certainly are doing something...

Re: Finals Not A Given

Realistic I'd say. Rather than buying all the hype. Facts are the way we are playing, how many of the players turned up to play against Port. Langford said as much in his media conference. They had an expectation that they could turn it on in the second half like they have been and couldn't. Port wo...

Re: R20 Essendon v Port Adelaide

If players in our team were crook -- they should NOT have been playing, simple as that. As valueless as the ruckman.

Truth is..the Bulldogs will thrash us next week if we play this way that is the long and short of it.

Snakes and ladders from here on in.

Re: R20 Essendon v Port Adelaide

Hinkley out coached Woosha bigtime. Tippa, Hooker, Guelfi, Clarke, Clarke had shockers... McKenna was still in Ireland, Parish and Saad injured hurt... Few won their contests - Ambrose, Snelling, Hartley and maybe Merrett. Awful This is the worst game sill wise we have played this year. Outcoached ...

We must absolutely thrash these motley pr*kks. This is a MUST win game.

Come on boys go Bombers. Essendon to win 27points.

Edit... I was obviously delusional.

Re: Thanks to the umpires and McGilligan.

As far as I am concerned, the f****** GCS backs who rushed that ball back into play should have been charged with staging... As far as I'm concerned, from that distance Zaharakis should have kicked the ball into the 5th row, and it wouldn't have become an issue. It just isn’t an issue. It was a goa...

Have they ticked off Sunday’s goal review as correct?
That's what I mean, the AFL can do NO wrong even when they do. They are the trickster archetype.

There is a place for him in our best 22. He is one of our most accurate kicks for goal. Like the way he goes about it and is a very good club man. Love to see you with a medal around your neck sometime in the future. Keep up the good work Mitch. Can he teach Laverde?? Haha, indeed. His kicking for ...

Thanks to the umpires and McGilligan.

I want to say sincere thanks to the AFL Umpires and Gillon McLaughlin. Thanks for letting us know that the umpires have apologised for several mistakes they've made umpiring, lately. Now we know its NOT personal, its NOT just us, its you lot of dumbfcks who really don't know the ever changing rules ...
