Re: Captain

That's good. Thanks. Do you know who else is in the rotation?

If Lloyd doesn't play, who's captain? Is it Jobe?

Oh bugger. That's not good news. But the rest is.

Re: Round 1 Essendon v North Melbourne Match Thread

I'm another fan living and working on the other side of the world. How nice to wake up to so much good news! But what's the story with Lucas' knee? And did Houli play well? (He's my potential new favourite player since Hirdy retired!)

afl.com.au - go to the game day live window, and there's links to 6PR and SEN under the score panel.

I was about to say he's having a pretty quiet game and doesn't seem himself, not going in as hard at it as we're used to him doing.
There you go: I did the opposite of jinxing him!

I'm at work and can't see or hear the game, only follow it on the internet. What's going on with Lucas? Is he not playing or just having a quiet one?

Hopefully we don't turn out like the canterbury bulldogs did after Al Masri went there though. El Masri's a brilliant player isn't he? And thought to be a good role model? The Bulldogs as a club have certainly been pretty dodgy, but I think he's more an exception to the bad behaviour than anything ...

Agree with West Wing and Buffy (but only seasons 2 and 3). Never really got into the Sopranos.

Also Six Feet Under, and an English show from the 90s called This Life.
