Re: Open Letter to John Worsfold

When we play well, as we did for most of last night, I would be reluctant to be making drastic coaching changes any time soon. The young group that are coming through now are just starting to get a bit of consistency. I am talking Langford, Parish, McGrath(well he was always good) and Redman. Add to...

Re: R13 Essendon v Hawthorn

Pretty top effort all round. The umpiring was atrocious and cost us at least 4 goals. They were always going to come at us and 666 doesnt help anyone protect a good lead. Loved Saad, Guelfi, Clarke, McKenna, McGrath, Begley, Langford and Parish. Keep these boys together and playing in the seniors. W...

Re: R11 Essendon v Carlton

Don’t you just love the way in it always atrocious weather when we play them and we simply can’t play in the wet.

I think the lynch mob will out for them if they don’t stand up. It’s going to be horrendous unless we thrash them.

Re: Tempo Footy

Heard an interesting stat on SEN this morning. Teams that like to run and gun as their style of play (or game plan) v those who like to slow things down and hang onto the ball. Apparently, the quickest ball moving teams are Melbourne, Carlton, St.Kilda and Essendon. The slowest ball moving teams ar...

Re: Where to from here?

There should be a royal commission into the mismanagement of Joe Daniher in 2018 and 2019. He was playing injured at the start of last year and you could see he wasnt playing well at all. We are potentially looking at, what could have been, a stellar career being cut short. Why? Does this gave somet...

Re: The protected one

Ablett punched a Sun in the face off the ball right in front of the umpire, didn't get reported mind and will undoubtedly get off.

I simply can't believe the AFL and its double standards.

Re: R11 Essendon v Carlton

Like Sportsbet paying out on a Labor before the election, I am calling it, it is a lay down misere that we will lose Carlton.

Do you think Carlton will let get away with a bumbling exhibition like last night and not take complete joy in beating us?

Re: Where to from here?

I actually would rather them bomb in with fast abandonment to give us a chance before our opponents get a chance to set up. The forwards must play in front. No more of this trying to sneak out the back. We play our worst footy when we try to think about things. Just play fast instinctive footy and p...

Re: R10 Essendon v Richmond (DREAM TIME)

I watch us and just continuously ask the question why we just play dumb bumbling footy when our opponents don't. The reaction time in most the team is sub par. Conditions were relatively bad but that didn't stop Richmond. In the end I got sick of my own complaining and flashed over to the other game...

Sack the fitness coach sack the rehab coach and sack Doc Reid.

The amount of injuries to key players over many decades is simply unacceptable.

Re: GOODBYE AUSTRALIA!!!

Hence my first question can Qld secede please. Just watched Jim in action on Q and A. Refreshing to see a Labor pollie not hitting the talking points incessantly. He was the Labor spokesman during the campaign so that might tarnish him a bit. They need to rack off this mantra repeating they do durin...

Re: GOODBYE AUSTRALIA!!!

That indeed was the most pukable moment of the night quickly followed by mad as a cut snake Barnaby gloating in front of the cameras.

I did get a laugh watching the footage of Julie Bishop orchestrating Tony Abbott getting the boot on 9.

Re: GOODBYE AUSTRALIA!!!

A fan of Tania yes BD. However, is she someone that will be able to sell a message in most of Queensland? I am thinking about who would change their vote in the right seats to cut through. Albo has that knock about thing that I believe many will relate to. He seems to have that direct communication ...

Re: GOODBYE AUSTRALIA!!!

I believe Albo is the only one that effectively appeal to those that they need to change their vote. Bowen is the architect of the economic agenda that made Labor such a big target. He will be sullied forever with "If you don't like it. Don't vote Labor". When I heard him say that on the radio I was...

Re: R9 Essendon v Fremantle

With deep depression setting in from election watching I switched and was very very. pleased we got up.

Those two decisions that gifted them two goals were once again WRONG WRONG WRONG

Just another indication of corrupt umpiring attempting to influence the outcome of the game.

Re: GOODBYE AUSTRALIA!!!

Oh and can the Greens and Bob Brown just simply Fock off for good. That stupid convoy into Queensland to stop the Adani mine just caused resentment and depressed the progressive vote up there. The Greens tar Labor with their radical agenda to the extent that people just end up voting for the status ...
