Bigpond is useless. I also paid $60 and it is really terrible so I seldom use it. With a lot of patience I can get to the buffering stage but this is very frustrating since the video breaks all the time. BTW everything on the AFL/Telstra site is piss poor. Thanks god we have essendonfc.com and Bombe...

Only two years ago MJ was our best (or one of our best) and most popular player. Sad comment about the passage of time that now many people think he is past it. I must say that I really like MJ but this year I have seen him mixing the good (even the very good) with absolutely shocking turnovers and ...

The guy got 35 possies today and although I didn't see any of the match I'll bet most of them were used effectively. Those are the reasons we got him in the first place, and there is still a need for that.. Be careful with stats: the 35 possies can be meaningless. If you look at the AFL ranking (Ch...

A very good analysis, a bit technical for some, but overall a good explanation of why Labor is ready to take over from the libs without sending the economy in a tailspin and even on the contrary making the economy more balanced.

Must be based on the idea that tired players play better footy and are less likely to get injured.

High interest rates means a strong economy  High interest rates means rich Australians traveling overseas will have a very good time. High interest means importers will have a blast and plasma TVs will get even cheaper. High interest rates means Australia's external debt will keep growing out ...

If you want a replacement for Lloyd, then (imo) the answer is obvious and that it to give it to Spike...he bleeds for the club and jumper more than anyone in the team and has the added benefit of actually playing well week in week out like a captain should. What would make more sense is to have McV...

Looks like this board is going to five votes. Maybe we should be consistent and have 5 votes when we win and 3 votes when we lose. There was more than five players deserving votes this week. Anyway my five votes are. 5. McVeigh 4. MJ 3. Watson 2. Pev 1. Hille Aplologies to Lloydy, Winder, Nash, Wels...

Interesting, a scientific mind would at least investigate an interesting correlation between playing interstate and getting your transgressions overlooked. But apparently some of our young lawyers think everything is OK, so you must b...
