Re: Dermie's a turd

It's hard to take the broke-dick-IRA-funding-Botox-injecting-self-proclaiming-boofhead seriously isn't it. Dawkthorn fans seem to like him though... Good for them.

Re: Are we at the point???

Most definitely. Forget the eight. Games into Hurley, Slattery, Colyer, Melksham, Howlett etc is a must. Especially with bugger all draft picks available the next couple of years... We used to be able to unload our "used by" players to Freo. Doubt this will happen anymore... Jetta and Dave...

Re: Welsh and McVeigh

The thing that gives me the Jimmy Smits with Spike is how lazy he's become. Doesn't chase at all now. Just drops his head and sulks like he's been hard done by or something.... Back pocket or back to Bendigo for sure...

Re: Changes for next week

They've gotta' get games into Benny Howlett, Milkshake and Colyer. Especially now that finals are a no-go. All three have shown glimpses of class.... So Howlett in for Winderlich for mine. The Cock/Neagle in for Pears and Hurley plays down back.

Re: The Hunt for Number 17.

But a rival working at another club sees more deep-rooted problems in the leadership tone at both clubs. It's the dreaded "C" word. "They've both been down but still seem to have the same culture of expecting success by right because they're Carlton and Essendon," he says. "...

Re: The Hunt for Number 17.

Every game we've played against the Poos in recent memory ends in a similar fashion. Gibbs goes missing. Murphy gets enough of it but does sweet FA with it. And yet scribes come up with BS such as this "Marc Murphy and Bryce Gibbs are on track to become superstars." Are they really? Kreuze...

Re: Essendon vs Carlton Pre - Match Discussion Thread

no we will not get smashed. Carlton could barely smash Richmond and it wasn't until the final quarter that they did (oh shit did I just say "final quarter"). I went to that round 1 game and if it wasn't for Richmond's poor start (5 goals to zip) the game could have been a lot closer. For ...
