Re: Bolton or Richardson

Why on earth would you sack Bolton? He's in his 3rd year with a list that was complete trash when he took over and while still struggling is only just starting to be a full "developing" list with youth instead of middle aged trash. Not to mention they lost their best player at the start of the seas...

Then I just laughed thinking you were taking the piss... Yeah after looking up Dom Barry I went back with a WTF are we doing question only to be laughed at and told to reread what he actually said lol.

Re: One Day In September?

You could count on one hand the amount of people that follow domestic cricket outside of the Big Bash in Australia and spring racing isn't religiously followed.

I personally have no dramas with football stretching out, its number 1 by a mile in this country.

Re: Ashes Cricket 2017/18

So turns out Smarsh can bat when put in his natural middle order position.

Still not sold on Mitch, 2 tons on 2 absolute roads still worries me heading into South Africa. At least his brother made one on a slightly more difficult deck.

Re: Ashes Cricket 2017/18

It may have been because it was v Zimbabwe, or perhaps because it was a day night test (or both factors) - but I believe there was an inaugural 4 day test match Saffers v Zimb? Sadly I think it finished well inside that time. But I'm with many of you, the pitch has to give bowlers a chance. Placid ...

Re: Ashes Cricket 2017/18

Must admit I like the way Cook celebrated his milestones with a dignified bat raise with the helmet off. Compare that to the chest thumping, running leaps and over the top theatrical bullshit from our lads it was a stark contrast.

Re: Ashes Cricket 2017/18

Lol that wasn't regulation at all. And throwing up a video of a stumping that was amazing doesn't downgrade the one today. He had a lot of help from Moeen. What a slack bit of batting. Well yeah but unless its a peach of a ball very few dismissals have nothing to do with the batsman. Ali was never ...
