Re: Heppell asks for patience

Heppell "ask's for patience" now saying "still heaps to learn" FMD. What the f... are they doing up there. We fan's have enough patience, 15 years patience. No more excuses from the captain. Just action. They must have had brutal training sessions with all the injuries sustained not only this year b...

Re: R1 Essendon v Greater Western Sydney

I believe Stewart has a groin injury. That's why he wasn't considered. I'm concerned with Baguley's selection, he was ok last year as a defensive forward but his form in JLT was abysmal, (like a few others). However he deserves a chance based on last year. Guelfi is a goer but I think he has to impr...

Re: Over it...

While I mostly agree with the sentiments here, I like to win everything we do but in reality who remembers the pre season games anyway. However this year is surely a make or break year for guys such as Baguley, Myers & Zaka who have been a big part of this current 15 years of mediocrity. Guys like H...

Re: Praccy Matches

Half time: scum 19 points up, never seen so many fumbles & turn overs. Mid-field smashed. 2 set shots for goal just before half time. Stringer 15 meters out on a slight angle kicks out on the full. Then Daniher having a set shot 20 meters out kicks a point. Both shots are gettable at this level It p...

Re: Praccy Matches

Bloody hopeless first quarter, scum 9 points up.
15 inside 50's to our 6. Mid-field non existent.

Hopefully the 2nd quarter will be a vast improvement.

Re: f*** off..c***

At the risk of bringing up this unsavory episode in EFC history, I have just seen this update on the change.org petition for justice for the essendon 34. DEC 27, 2018 — Bruce Francis, an independent investigator, has sent the following email to many influential journalists following the recent succe...

Interesting Stats

Saw this on the AFL website today: The last stat regarding the free kicks is an absolute disgrace & confirms my opinion about the incompetence of the maggots. Beware of 'Walla' Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti has applied 10 rundown tackles this season – the most of any player in the competition. Missing...

McNeice, Long & Colyer

Can anyone shed some light on why these 3 guys are playing AFL? To my knowledge they have not set the world on fire in the VFL & yet Worsfold seems he can't wait to get these 3 & to a lesser extent J.Merrett in the AFL team. Their insignificant contribution tonight & last week was pitiful (Although ...

Re: R12 ESSENDON v Brisbane

For mine: Guelfi, Francis, Green & Laverde to get the gig. Francis to play back & Hooker to the forward line, he kicked goals last year & goal kickers we need badly. If J Merrett & Myers get games, I'm done with the coaches. These list cloggers should not be played over young players. I shudder when...

This miserable piece of slime, along with fat vlad, are absolute k.....nts. This scum shit stain says "ALMOST certainty they were performance supplements" . Hey idiot, in this country you have to be absolute certain before any conviction can be had. Your own tribunal found them not guilty you f...wit.

Just needs to get back to the basics.
Back each other, trust your instincts, and man up in defence.

Throw the gameplan out - it's not working.
What game plan.......  Does the "coach" actually have one??

Re: High Performance Centre

Well we are world class at kicking backwards, then sideways, then backwards again.
Followed by 20 handballs to guys feet who are generally in a worse position.

Maybe they should find some room at "World Class Facility" for the coaches to develop a game plan.

Re: Dees rd 6

The likes of Baguley & J.Merrett are not the future, are not part of our best 22 & will not be in any future finals team (whenever that maybe). Baguley, unfortunately, is the weakest link in our backline, gets exposed & isolated, the opposition play through him, see Anzac day 1st quarter as an examp...

Alwyn Davey

Saw this on the AFL website today. Something to look forward too. GET EXCITED, Essendon fans. Stephanie Hird and Mason Fletcher – the respective offspring of Bombers champions James and Dustin – already attracted headlines this year, and now it's Alwyn jnr and Jayden Davey's turn. The Darwin-based, ...

Daniher Brainfade

I think I'm sufficiently calmed down to mention this absolute brainfade. What was he thinking? Why? Why do it? Unforgivable..... Credit to Daniher for getting into the game after half time & getting his confidence back but this. However "goal hungry" Green should not have called for it as it was a c...

Re: Players Out of Position

The best position for the likes of Baguley, Brown & Myers is in the VFL until years end, then out.
Read last week where the coaches was eagerly awaiting the return of Myers to the team. God help us in we are desperate for Myers to return.

Re: Woosha's Presser

Sick of this “way we wanna play” bullshit. I think that’s the problem. It looks like they’ve tried to change the game plan that much, that no c*** knows what they are doing, and none of them are playing on instinct - they’re overthinking everything and f****** it up. Still no Plan B - for the life ...

Re: R3 ESSENDON v Western Bulldogs

Memo to the coaches. Put players in positions where they can utilize their strengths. The tiggers did this last year & see what happened. In my life as a business & sporting manager, i've have always believed you maximise your strengths, put people in positions that they excel in, the team benefits ...
