Re: Monfries off to Port Adelaide

No great loss.
One of those infuriating players who plays well for 5 minutes each game then goes missing.
Always falls to the ground from a slight nudge.
Have fun rotting away at Port.

Re: Bellchambers OUT - Hille IN

The big grabs are where Hille excels- way above what TBell is capable of at the moment. Hilles tapwork might not be elite but his work around the ground is usually very very good

Re: It's time to go....

NLM should thin himself very lucky to get a game tonight. If it wasn't for Zaha going down he would have surely been demoted for a good spell. After tonights performance I can't see Hirdy keeping him in the team

Re: Bellchambers OUT - Hille IN

I am a fan of TBell as a long term prospect but he has had a couple of below par games in a row now. If Hille isn't match fit, they should consider running with Ryder as the sole ruckman. He played out of his skin in the last quarter and a half and was one of the key reasons we got back into a chall...

Re: They may have won the game....

I gave then 3 warnings. They were in their late 20's, sizable, but I was in that mood that made me feel invincible. I was wearing a black suit, white shirt, black and white tie. I just moved house, was all that I had, seriously. Spent the day in the AFL function. Get to Richmond station after a boo...

Re: How do you view the glass?

conditions tonight almost had us undone. Slippery as f***, we couldnt take a mark all game. Suns got pumped up with adrenaline about getting a win and put it to us.
Thank f*** we put in the hard yards and won!
Half full for me, but still a year or two off the pace. Too many passengers

Re: Hurley

i have concerns with Hurley, no doubt his intent and desire is unquestionable but we need him to take a few more contested marks, keeps getting mangled in a stationary wrestle.... delivery is woeful i know It is all due to the crap delivery. He was working his ass off down there most of the night, ...

If he does play, he needs to hurt some people every week, without giving away any 50 metre penalties (like his fantastic hit on Kerr)

Re: Just Heard...

We need a power forward Crap. We need a class midfield to get the ball forward. I think for the most part our talls are fine, but we need more support for Watto and HH and lack that little bit of extra strength and/or class around the edges... Spot on. Our talls are coming along very well, we just ...

Re: Votes vs Hawks

Hocking Zaha Heppell We will continue to be a crap team as long as Stanton is delivering the ball to our forward line. He simply cannot kick under pressure after running. Every time he kicked the ball no the run he f***** it up! And don't get me started about the uncontested marks the hawks were get...

Re: Time to get Pumped

Beaten at selection. Yes we will flex our muscle at some stage and make a run at a very depleted Dawks line-up. But in the end - the result will be the same as the last 4 weeks. so we will get done in the 1st quarter, be competitive after that, make a run in the 3rd/early 4th and then lose steam an...

Re: Throwing the Ball

unfortunately just another reason why this game will remain amateur in the eyes of the world. The rules, and the week in week out interpretation of the rules, are all over the shop. Add to that the childish tv/radio commentating compared to other sports.
