Geez there are some ugly buggers in those squads. https://www.afl.com.au/news/374161/stat ... your-club-

Is it just me, or do those new style "Big V" jumpers look, well, strange. The V is thinner and has moved down the jersey to make extra space for logos.

Post 2019 and Pre 2020

An accurate article from JAke Niall that kinda leaves one saying "yeah naaa". It also overdoes the stockmarket analogy Culture and coaching the Bombers' big issues By Jake Niall February 12, 2020 — 7.58pm Joe Daniher went to Ireland to treat his troublesome groin. Conor McKenna has just gone to Irel...

Re: AFLM FFS!

It was in response to an on the spot question by one of the "outer sanctum" members on 3LO. She just so happens to be a traditional South Brunswick inner suburban woman who is all about gender law (yes she is a feminist lawyer). Personally, the more important statement was that the AFL will not be c...

I am looking forward to us getting our second ever #1 pick.

Does that mean our compensation pick for JD would be #2?

Re: Injuries season 2020

These bastards should be among the most prodded and probed athletes in Australia, and yet there are some who have required late pre-season arthroscopic clean-outs on knees, hips, shoulders and ankles... and subsequent modified training. What the f*** gives here? Do we recruit duds or is there some s...

Re: Joe Daniher's Groin, Calf, Moustache, Little Pinky

Dodoro played the dumbest of dumb hardball with the Swans. Even if Daniher had been fit there remained every likelihood he would have still gone end of 2020. We should have taken their offer...Pick 9 and future first round pick (likely to be a top 5 selection). We then could have gone all out for C...

Seems JD is not recovering as fast as hoped Daniher no certainty for AFL return in first half of the season February 5, 2020 — 10.36am Joe Daniher's wretched injury run continues, with the Essendon forward a chance to miss the first half of the AFL season. Re: 2020 Leadership Group

Last year the "leadership" group was largely the choice of the coaching staff. That worked out well, didn't it?

It has been reported that JD, Fantasia and Zac requested to be not included in the leadership group.
I also understand that a "shortlist" was presented to the payers for voting.

Re: EFC Fun Facts

It really started with the shambolic removal of Sheedy without a sensible succession plan. At the time the club still had the remnants of the 2000 team and they thought they could still go one more time. Hogwash. That team was dead in 2004 when it lost to Geelong in the semi final. It started with ...
