As well as highlighting how pathetic and sad we have been for the past 20 years (obviously), it also shows just how good we were in the previous 20 years. Oh, how I miss those days!!

It certainly was a bit of a steal. I guess just persistence and a bit of luck that St Kilda missed a lot of shots.

Heppell was as good as I've seen him in quite a long time. I thought Hind provided a bit of spark when he came on and I liked a lot of what I saw in Duursma.

I agree with your theory, Rocky. There has to be something going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

That, to me, is the only possible explanation for such a big fall off the cliff.

Surely we are tanking. Surely we are not really this bad.

After the first ten minutes, we never looked like it. Really hope we do NOT make the finals as clearly we are not up to it.

Geelong have been absolutely red hot. Very few teams would have been able to stop them in that first quarter. Having said that, we are not helping ourselves by constantly turning it over.

Geez so close and yet so far away. I reckon we were the better team for 70% of the game but just made a few crucial errors here and there and couldn't get the bounce of the ball to go our way.

We are hanging in there nicely. Phillips doing well in the ruck. Stringer and Hobbs doing a lot of good work. Not sure if the rain helps us or them.
