Re: 1984 Premiership Reunion

Fond memories of this come from behind epic victory. The nerves were uncontrollable. The mind was scarred by the ‘83 GF massacre… and all the losses throughout ‘84. We just couldn’t beat them. We weren't far off. That little bit missing from Round 2 and the 2nd Semi materialized when it mattered mos...

I certainly did with Number 5 mate,at the start of this year. Scum supporters have always reminded any of us within earshot, that because of 1897 and 1924,they''ve Won the most Grand Finals. #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o      Seriously, what was the league thinking in 1924? Re: Squadron 17 Flies Fleet to Arizona Camp Meeto

I am still badly scarred from the pathetic efforts displayed in the final two rounds from last year. Normally, around this time of year, I am starting to run through last seasons games looking for a bit of inspiration. I simply cannot get motivated to read the various “fluff” pieces in the press . ...

Fond memories of this come from behind epic victory. The nerves were uncontrollable. The mind was scarred by the ‘83 GF massacre… and all the losses throughout ‘84. We just couldn’t beat them. Re: The "G" or Docklands

Anyone know what is going on in this space? The original Docklands agreement is supposed to expire in 2025. Was there an extension signed? Are we seriously considering playing most of our games at that sheister place in the future? Time for the club to get the f*** outta there and get back to the M...

Wanganeen...navicular. He'll be months. :( Why do we keep getting these c*** injuries? On the bright side - Wanganeen has already had over 3 months to treat & rehab that, but it does look like he'll be behind the pre-season 8 ball "the view is for Wanganeen to commence running in mid-Decem...

Re: 2023 draft.

I must admit, never thought Roberts would get beyond the 30s. I was angling for Lloyd but we settled on Luamon.

Overall, we have landed some good talent here. Now it’s up to the programs within the club to get the best out of them .

Re: Welcome to Essendon, Nate Caddy

Reports by some suggest he plays taller than his height suggests due to his extraordinary reach. He backs himself to be a power forward if not a key forward type.

Welcome aboard Nater!

Re: 2023 draft.

Wowza!

So we traded #11 & #31 for #10 - Nate Caddy

Interesting.

He certainly sounds impressive.

Hopefully he isn’t going to be another casualty in our forward stocks fortunes of late.

So we only have two picks left.

Freijah
Morris
Lloyd
