4/47 0ff 18 2nd innings

6/83 off 32 overs for the game

1 tailender in that total. What a dud.....

Clark had 5/50
McGrath had 3/63
Warne had 7/85 four of those tail enders.

But you keep holdong on to that one stat of yours
Easy to take wickets when your 300 ahead.

C'mon sismis, while he took the wickets in the first innings, he was still too short. His second spell in his second innings is the type of bowling we need from him. The way he got strauss was magic. Gave him 4 good balls, then put one in a little closer to him. Strauss couldnt resist and Lee had his man. Also finally got some reverse swing.

Lee has to understand that variation isnt bowling a bouncer and yorker every over. Bowl line and length and every 2nd or 3rd over slip in a yorker or bouncer, surprise the batsman.

yeah well before this game he was averaging around 58 for the rest of the series. Isn't it great that we can rely on Brett Lee to come good and become a credible, dangerous bowler once a series has already been decided and still rely on him to bowl pathetic rubbish up until that point.

He just had to make sure to put in his one good game for the year so Ricky Ponting could justify his continual man crush on him and selection in the Test team.

Are you one of these people who justify Bolton's continual retention on the list because we are assured at least twom credible preformances a year from him when he plays on Goodes and Kouta??!!
