1st T20i

NZ 9/117 off 20 overs (C. de Grandhomme 38, A. Tye 4-23, B. Stanlake 3-15) defeated by AUS (target 95 off 15) 3/96 off 11.3 overs (C. Lynn 44, G. Maxwell 40*, T. Bout 2-14)

Surely Billy Stanlake has a Test future. FMD he can bowl some wicked stuff.

It was funny watching the TAB Fly put his last $ on Chris Lynn for Australian top scorer, watch him get out and hoping Maxy and Shorty get out for 30,hoping Australia still Win.

Shoudda seen the look on his face when Maxy Smashed his way too and past 31.

That was compounded by Sydney FC smashing a 4th goal past Melbourne Heart to take the score past his margin.

I know t20 is all about runs. But seriously, Eden park is more junior cricket ground than international venue.
