That's what I do... and then if I have two (or more) players with the same leadership level I usually look at their position on the ground and their actual football skill and pick the one with the best skill in the best position (in that order).

Nice.

I had a win today too, but wasn't as big as I thought it would be. Only won by 3 goals, but moves me up a spot on the ladder and within 2 points of the next team, which I play in the last round. I've got the ladder leaders next week. Might need to win that game (and every other game til the end of the season) to play finals.

Is it top 5?

Ended up winning by 53 points against the 4th side to keep my slight finals hopes alive.

I had a good win in my friendly today. I was trailing at every change and eventually won by 6 points, it should have been more though as the team kicked 12.19
