Hello folks, im back sorry been away for a while had no net on
but its back on now

So im up for a friendly this week??? Anyone

I missed most of the start of the season
(nice to see that the FC games are up and running)

Just got back on last nite and good timeing to because i stared of on a shocker

8th in one day comp and 4th in FC comp, but i'll start the climb up the ranks now

It's all come back today boy's take a look at that for a score

How has everyone gone this week. I just won the eaisest match my team has ever had.

We bowled the opposition out for 19 in 6.2 overs and made 20 runs in 1.2 overs for an easy 10 wicket win!

I got done in my FC game by 147 runs
and won my OD game by 7 wickets

Sitting 4th in ODand 5th in FC

Well I was playing the local bot who was sitting on minimal points for the comp and I decided to rest a few of my bigger names.

In playing a new fella I discovered a top notch run scorer against some (what I thought were) no name bowlers.....at a price. In looking back at their previous bot games I saw dismisals of 89, 78 and 45 in an innings so I selected some real plonkers to bowl. Result.....lost first innings points. OMG.

So I tinkered with a few of the bowlers I had playing and set all the batsmen to very attacking for the second dig to look for quick runs. Trying to select between time left and runs in hand, I went lean and left them 181 to win on day 3.

1 for 11, 2 for 24, 3 for 86 and all was dandy......5 for 177 was not.

Enter Ashley Cranie who has been very part time at best for the Diamond Ducks, with figures of 1-14 at that stage and a 50 over ball the Minties had to come out along with a minor miracle for us to snag the goodies.

He goes bang and routs the Aussie Gangsters with an 3 over spell that produces 5-3, in tandem with Shaka who also bowled 3 maidens, to win the game by a single run.

The crowd of 1986 at AG oval must have been on the edge of their seats, before they ripped them off their posts and threw them at my players!!!!!

Im 3rd in FC and 4th in OD, but i have the best OD side in the comp, its just that all my players are fatigued...

So now im just resting my starting 11 and i am going to wait for next season,

damn the cup, screwed me up.

Im 4th in all my leagues and got done today in my FC game by a dirty rotten wicket and they needed only 180 to win and i just fell short by 1 damn wicket

Any one want a friendly for next week how bout u Ramanama we hav'nt had a game yet this season
