Is it a coincidence that the pitch invasion happened at the exact time they were supposed to walk out?
Maybe a case of "nah, let's not walk out, let's do the exact opposite" ??

Yeah seems a bit that way, they completely lost the high ground after that.

Staffers doing well at 5 - 179,thanks to Jansen and Verrynne. Then Cam”Tony Greig”Green Crashed through and they Crashed.

Did I hear wrong, when the Visitors were penalised 1 run? What for?

That’s an absolute flogging.

Well done Dave Warner in scoring 200 in his 100th Test =D>

Well done Alex Carey in scoring a maiden Test century =D>

Well done Cam Green in taking a first 5’fer and scoring 51* =D>

Interesting selections coming up. I suspect Hazlewood comes in for Starc. Although there’s talk about Lightning Lance Morris playing.

Do they look at another allrounder to replace Green? Aaron Hardie?? Ashton Agar (adds spin option)?? Neser??? Jhye Richardson????? Will Sutherland???????

If only Glenn Maxwell didn’t break his leg…

That’s the Worst South African team that’s toured here in years.

Well done David!Hopefully you can focus on Cricket, rather than air Dirty Laundry, much of it your own!

Well done Alex Carey in scoring a maiden Test century =D>

Absolutely Well Done Alex! =D>

Well done Cam Green in taking a first 5’fer and scoring 51* =D>

Well done to the Aussie Tony Greig. You’ll have to start Auditioning for the Pitch Report Mate, for 9’s return to Cricket!

Hazelwood will come in,given it’s at Sydney.

Give Hardie a go for the Dead Rubber,or pick someone for the SCG Deck, with India in mind.

If only Glenn Maxwell didn’t break his leg…
Yeah,……inflicted courtesy of a drinking game, wasn’t it? #-o

Agar & Renshaw into the squad.

Bowlers? Hazlewood, Boland, Lyon, Morris, Agar?

Surely a bit of future proofing and maybe a subtle message to the 2 aging incumbent openers.
Back in the fold, we haven't forgotten you. Harris already in the squad.

Unlikely to play against the Proteas in the third ...Test at the SCG, starting on January 4, with Marcus Harris already in the squad as a back-up opener, Renshaw's inclusion could be a hint to what selectors have in mind for February's tour of India.

Renshaw featured in all four Tests the last time Australia toured India back in 2017.
