Well Done Again Ladies!

A National Cricket Team who do Australia Proud!

A Hat-trick to cap it all Off!

Commiserations to South Africa who played Great Cricket throughout the Tournament including the Final, restricting our Total to 156.In the end, they couldn’t quite pull it off and would have been equally deserved Winners! Not to be and we understand the sentiment from the Captain. If we weren’t in the way, others would get a look - in!

Ahh… I went to bed at the rain delay when Ellyse was 82 not out. Devo to wake up and find out she was dismissed for 99 #-o

Still, the innings I watched was superb =D>

Wow, fantastic result! =D> =D> =D>

Pity I couldn’t stay up to see the ending, but what a thriller! Needing 6 to win (or 5) off the last ball… only managed to get a single. A four would have tied it up.

Outstanding effort by Sciver-Brunt. She was 40 odd not out when I hit the hay.

Well… I know Alana King bowled beautifully… but they can thank Georgia Wareham who smashed 26 runs off the last over to give Australia that 282 target. Without it, the game would easily be lost. That was great hitting.

ASHES RETAINED 8) =D>
