Should have really won this test considering the platform / start we had in the last innings. However, everything was going against us - weather disruptions, ball change, conditions that suit movement.
It is almost an official “ball tampering” when you can change the ball and have a completely different ‘nut’ to the one you were using. I’ve said it before, how can a ball “go out of shape” after 7 overs, or when it hits a helmet? If that’s the case, then these Duke balls aren’t fit for Test consumption. The ball was replaced on numerous occasions throughout the series. I was virtually waiting for a replacement ball once a batsman hit it with the middle of the bat. Absolute joke.

I’ve said it before, how can a ball “go out of shape” after 7 overs, or when it hits a helmet? If that’s the case, then these Duke balls aren’t fit for Test consumption. The ball was replaced on numerous occasions throughout the series. I was virtually waiting for a replacement ball once a batsman hit it with the middle of the bat. Absolute joke.
