He’s been is fine form this year. Good on him 8)
Thank heavens whatever he had to rush home to got resolved quickly.

To me,it was “Yeah,ok.If it’s urgent family business,fair enough!”

If it was me,I would have told the family to wait until the Team had finished up in India,NO MATTER WHAT!
Ask his Grandfather to wait and die another day?
I did say Fair enough in his case.I’d be a hypocrite in my case.If the Family Absolutely needed me back, then I’d go back and that’s the Tournament. This is not something you dust off your hands and fly back in a few days for, though I reckon he’s done well to get on with things.Very well, actually!

The two nations played off in the world test championship a few months back.

Here they are again playing off for the ODI World Cup.

Should be a cracker of a game.

I expect the pitch to be dead, and it will be a battle of the bats. India will win based on batting power.

While we have danger bats in Warner, Head, Marsh and Maxwell belting tons this tournament, Smith and Labuschagne have both been underwhelming.

Australia better be prepared to chase close to 400 if India bat first.

Not an altogether convincing win but as we know it is not how but how many.
The expectations on the Indians will be massive on their home turf and may just make a difference.
Too far for Baker now he's on to it, now he’s got it, OPEN GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dons are in front by one point at the 8 minute mark

Fair to say Travis Head has had some sort of year!

Test World Championship Final: 163 & 18 (man of the match)

World Cup ODI Final: 137 (man of the match)

That catch to get rid of Rohit Sharma was pivotal too.

THAT CATCH!

Absolutely Incredible, because he was pretty much flying blind at it and could have looked a right goose, had it ended up badly.

It didn't,the ball stuck in his hands and pretty much set the tone for the rest of the day, after India flew away to a good start.

WELL DONE TRAVIS!!!!!
