The former are Chris Anstey's points and rebounds tonight, the latter is the Melbourne Tiger's win-loss ratio.

Now that Jimmy's gone, Chris is my favourite sportsperson. The guy is on a level all his own in the NBL.

He can put up big numbers in the NBL but can't do shit in the big leagues. This guy played on the bench behind Shaun Bradley for crying out loud.

NBL isn't even the 'b' leauges of Basketball. This guy is over rated.

He puts up numbers 'cos the NBL is mostly about outside shooting. And Anstey is just a poor man's Nowitzki; a 7 footer who jacks up treys and avoids the low post like Benny Cousins avoids headlines.

f*** Chris Anstey, and f*** the Tigers. Go Taipans.

D-Mac is cool tho

Well by that logic we may as well not have any threads regarding the NBL. In fact we'll just completely reject the idea that we can enjoy and appreciate the NBL. I'm so sick of people who compare the NBL to the NBA. Just give up on the idea. It's like saying you won't go watch your local cricket team because the opening batsman would have a tough time against Stuart Clark. It's like saying John Butler is not worth listening to because Bob Dylan was better.

Don't know how our new Point Guard in BROWN played for the WILDCATS last night.

Hope we aren't looking for yet another Point Guard for CHISSAKE'S!

They should QUIT looking for a RICKY GRACE replacement because it SMJACKS of STILL NOT BEING USED to his RETIREMENT.

MAD OBSESSION!Or COMPLEX!
