TAC Grand Final prospects

Post by doogle »

Anyone spot any draft prospects?
Last year Jones and Thomas played well, got picked up early and played senior footy this year.

Batsanis looked good, Kelly.

Darcy Daniher, Anthony's son played fro the Cannons.

David McKay a midfielder from the Chargers picked up 28 possessions and looked good, agree on Nathan Batsanis,he is sure to get drafted.Dean Kelly was fantastic with 22 touches,6 goals and B.O.G. Matty O'Dwyer for the Cannons gathered 27 possessions running out of defence....Some good Draft prospects here......

Kelly kicked 6 and looked good IMO.

Was he invited to the draft camp?

You'd think so he got 30 p's in a couple of the metro games.

Not sure but you'd think that most of the players that played in the championships would be invited to draft camp.

only problem is, some teams might be put of by his lack of height.

I'd think strongly about Batsanis (sp?).

He's short and not too quick, so he'll probably fall a bit. But beautiful disposal, which is what we need. Also from what I saw on the day, seems to use the ball well and plays both outside and a little inside.

If he's around at 36 (maybe even 20), I'd definetely think hard about him (depending on who else we'd picked up).
