Exactly right. A waste of a week. It could all be done in half a day.

and still no action of interest
What's the bet we're trying to get something sorted at the last minute and run out of time (again)

Nothing happening in regards to Essendon. Fair to say we wont be challenging for the flag any time soon. Collingwood has two picks in the top 10 and we have our second pick at #18.

We have just come off our worse season on 73 years and with the prospect of a fabulous draft coming up we cant negotiate a single extra pick?
Surely a third round pick for Bolts is better than Bolts
I am afraid to say the Essendon is not the club it once was. Its gone soft

Absolutely spot on. We have gone far too soft and we will end up near the bottom for some more years to come. Cant seeing us winning a flag in the next 5-10 years.

I agree too! Damb joke isn't it. Looks like we will lose Solly for nothing now too. What happened to the guys who made things happen and got us Wellman, barnard, Lloyd, Barnes and McPhee. Now we get shit or nothing, what a f****** joke our recruiters have become.

So to get new players, we have to stay at the bottom?

Pretty shite. You'd think we would offload at least one of Solomon, Bolton, Reynolds, etc.
