No offence to Dodoro, but if we got the cash he should have all the help he needs.

Very true...what's the good of having $$$$ in the bank just earning interest when we could be using some of them to help us become a better team onfield.

At least from this year on we've got Dodoro in a dedicated recruitment role, rather than having him in his previous combined roles of match day manager as well as recruiter.

Unfortunately it took us about 5 years too long to realise that you need a dedicated recruiter in a full time capacity to get the decisions right.

There are changes being made in this area. They will be in place for next season. More people appointed to recruiting. It was announced late in the season and is outlined in the new Bomber mag.

They better be in place ASAP.

In the artilce on the Bulldogs after the draft, they said they pretty much new what players they were going to target in APRIL!
