Inadequate knowledge of the game and inadequate preparation for their required tasks.

They need a clear understanding of their job description and adequate training to learn their boundaries.

Until that occurs the responsibility and liability lays squarely at the feet of stadium management or whoever prescribes their job.

Kennett got himself into trouble for mentioning the ethnic origin of many of the security staff...maybe they were soccer supporters from Europe? ;)

He might be in trouble,but maybe he might be right too.

Gotta look at the full context of what he said 1st.

Isn’t Stadium Management simply a branch of the AFL?Or is that just at the Dome?
