And as I know that was correct, I will ask one myself - which player had no stats, of any kind, in the 2000 Grand Final?

No googling .... :D

I think his name was Beams? #47. Copped it good from Wallis, went to tackle him front on and I think ended up cracking his windpipe?

It certainly was Ben Beams, but he wasn't the one Wallis smashed, that was a young Brad Green.
Beams came on and off the bench all day, took a mark that wasn't paid, and didn't get a stat. :D

Wallis hit Green with a right hook during a scuffle, but I am pretty sure during the first quarter in Melbourne's forward pocket you see Beams attempt to tackle Wallis (may have been Solly or MJ) and he goes down and takes a while getting up. He cracked his windpipe, he may have kept coming on and off the bench and played with the injury.

Ok, easy question now.

Dubbed the Windy Hill Massacre, who kicked WCE only goal?

Hmm, you could be right, that would explain why he barely got near it!

Two players tied for the Brownlow Medal from different clubs in 1981, yet prior to this achievement they had been teammates at another VFL club with both of them playing over 100 games each for this club. Name the players and the club they previously played for as teammates.\

Well Quinlan and Round won the brownlow in 1981.

So I can only assume Bulldogs as that's the only team I know of who Quinlan played for apart from Lions. Did round play for Dogs?

Ok, another easy one (my head hurts)

Stefan Carey was a late inclusion in the 1985 GF after which player famously pulled out on his own accord due to a hamstring injury? The player felt that his hammy may give way and didn't want to leave the team a man down.

Wow! First time I've ever won any quiz, I think.

Okay...still on the 1970s/80s theme.
Shane Heard also had a brother on the Essendon list at one stage.
What was his name?
