The coaching revolving door...

Post by Crazyman » Sun Jul 31, 2016 10:05 am

IMO there are three coaches under pressure this year and another for next year to stay in the top job...

Bucks saved his arse with a couple of unlikely wins, however, he has gone backwards in terms of ladder position every year...injuries to key players have not helped tbh
Dimma did well getting Ninthmond to the finals for a few years, but IMO, that is as far as he can take them with the list they have and also, results this year have been terrible and must surely put pressure on him...
Leppa inherited a basket case of a club with a basket case of a list (possibly worse than the Dees at their worst), however, they have done nothing in his time and (if possible) seem to have got worse...
Ross the Boss, injuries and 'tanking' aside, if Freo next year are in the same position as this year, bye bye...

Some coaches make teams, some teams make coaches.

Clarkson is a mix of both, Lyon is bereft of both.

Agree, also Lyon has never built his team from scratch...
