Doggies

Has to come close to my favorite non-Essendon win last night. Just need to them to knock the Hawks out next week and bring Crameri in the week after.

The more people talk up Footscray and how much they/we love them or should do, the more I want to see them pummeled next week. While still wanting them to beat Hawthorn if they play them.

Who else out of the remaining cockbags could you stand to see win?

They were excellent. Played daring footy and pulled it off.

Also, the execution of their defensive actions was shit hot. It appeared like they studied their opposition hard, knew where their next disposal was going to go, and had someone ready to pounce. It happened all night.

Is Crameri even a remote chance to get a game in the finals?

I would think not as he has no conditioning.

Others might see the door slightly open due to the extensive injury list the Dogs have.

Is he even allowed to play this season now the ban has been lifted?

I thought he was because they are allowed back at the club today, but the actual suspension doesn't end until November. Still blows my mind that missing a finals series was not factored into the penalty.

Given penalties are date based, finals have no bearing on it

Spent the best couple of hours for about 4 years at the "G" last night watching the Doggies dismantle Hawthorn.

The "Family Club" whose arrogance and attitude that "We are the Masters of the Universe and we do things at our pace when we want to" was torn to shreds by one of the most amazing exhibitions of footy I have ever seen.

To see the likes of Hodge, Mitchell and Lewis trying their dinky little tricks and seeing them all come undone was just sheer bliss. They completely unravelled in the Third Quarter and time and time again their arrogant run through the midfield was put under pressure and ultimately brought undone.

Blokes like Sicily who thought they could just turn up and win a Premiership medal were just run over. Cyril was reduced to just an average player.

I wonder how O'Meara feels about his decision now???
Too far for Baker now he's on to it, now he’s got it, OPEN GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dons are in front by one point at the 8 minute mark

Silly boy!

Enjoyed it like many at the Pub.

If there were any Hawthorn supporters around, they barely uttered a word.

Mind you,one good thing about Hawthorn,was someone putting $100 on the 1st Goalscorer(was it Sicily?)at $14?

Nice little collect if that came to fruition. :D

They are allowed back into their clubs but; I thought that the bans on playing were not lifted until sometime in November. Unless of course, they are cleared by CAS in the meantime. I could not see the AFL releasing that sort of stuff whilst the finals are on. If the AFL know they are not saying, even Peter Gordon the President of the doggies, suggested that perhaps the AFL might already know the result?????
