if we are serious about getting Daniel Kerr and the Eagles play hard ball, i wouldn't be to upset if we traded Lovett and NLM for him.

Lovett is being traded anyway (according to everyone) and NLM shits me.

We probably lose a bit, but we gain Kerr, which takes the tagging pressure of watson and stanton

I think you need to read other threads on this topic. Kerr is toxic. Getting him would be utterly hypocritical of what we are getting rid of Lovett for.

Our midfield's not great but it's not shite either - Watson, Stanton, McVeigh, Welsh, Reimers, Houli, Lonergan.

Our backline though is almost non-existent save for Fletcher and Ryder.

Kerr would be too risky I believe not only do you have his behaviour off field, you have his on field huge case of little man syndrome walks like pineapples stuck under his arms:) He is 24 and injury plagued can only see it getting worse as he gets older
