for 2 3rd round picks from Freo.

Dont think we won anything there.

No I am happy with that result.

2 third rounders could deliver players like Lucey or Nash.
At least we are able to have a crack!!!

better than him walking into the PSD.

Plus apparently we gave our 4th round pick. Although i just read that on BF then, so take it with a grain of salt.

What numbers were Freo's 2 and 3rd picks? I think we've done OK.

At least we did something!

This is on top so will reply to this one. Any news on the actualy picks? Solly wasn't going to give us anything next year. I'd rather nash or Cole take his spot anyway.

Solomon + 52

We get 42 and 47.

We get picks 42 and 47 apparently, and lose 52.

Not as great a trade as I would have hoped for.

Better than getting nothing with him going to PSD.

Hard decisions now on Bolton to be made.

I think Freo just regained some of their trade credibility after the Tarrant deal. We kind of got made love to in the butt with this deal. Still, at least he's frigging gone.

Best of Luck, Deano.

True, true. better than nothing. At least we have the chance of finding a gem later on in the draft. Can't be worse than Solly in the last 2 years.

Doesn't it finish at 2pm?

Yeah, you are such an Einstein that you already know the draft picks are going to be crap. What a complete f****** dick-wad you are.

OK. Still think it's OK, although i would've hoped to get that 2nd round pick somewhere in the low 30's.

In - 6 picks in the Top 50 of the best draft ever

Out - Past its use by date hack

I'll take that

what a shithouse trade!! Our guys are bloody hopeless!! Watch Solly kick ass next season when played in position. They know they just got a steal there.

Hard decisions indeed! Not just for Bolts but a few others/

We have picks:

2, 18, 20, 38 (reserved for F/S if needed), 42, 47, ... ie 6 draft selections in the first 3 rounds.

Not too bad a place to be

cheers - sti

Apologies - the forum will not allow me to delete!

Solly may help them, as they have been up and running. He won't help us next year. We need to find solid and consistent defenders. hopefully ones that don't cough the ball up constantly and give away stupid free kicks at bad times.
