You are a racist c***.
Whilst I don't agree with a lot of his posts, I don't think there's anything racist in his comment…I think on this one, he is just comparing players…
And let's face it, most of us have bagged Jetta at some point in time…
His history tells another story, he is a racist c***.
I've never mentioned anything racial on here.
Please provide some detail as to why you think Garlett "has Jetta written all over him" and what the f*** that means.

Small forward that would struggle at the elite level.

IMHO from limited vision Cockatoo looks like a man playing against boys. Don't reckon he has a huge upside.

Mind you don't see it with Lamb either.

Don't mind Connor Menandue. Reckon he has the tools.

What happened to pick 17 we got for Ryder? Just reading the EFC site about the draft and it says, we enter the draft at pick 20, shouldn't that read @ 17. Aren't we allowed to use 17 or, have you we used it for something else?

Didnt say he was any better or worse than Lamb. I'd prob go for Cockatoo over Lamb as well.
But over both I would rather go for a guy with a great kick. (which I hope is our focus..elite foot skills)

Menandue fits that bill amongst prob a few others that will prob be around our first pick.

Already posted that I think we will go Lamb and blakely Connor.

Lamb will be there at 21 IMO.

We need leg speed and I think Cockatoo is what we'll target.

What about Dillon Viojo-Rainbow ? The club put a clip of his up on the web site. The kid seems to go alright. Love the name - DVR - The Rainbow !!!

Left footer, seems to have a bit of size, runs well. Dont know how you compare him to others but I liked the cut of his jib.

Looks like a Rama style of player - good in the air, excellent on the ground, penetrating kick, and clean disposal.

But that's what you see in most highlights packages.

Heard Tom Lamb interviewed on SEN he other morning. He's an Essendon fan. Described his brother as a Bomber nut. Knowing our club, they'll target him because of it.

Late mail from someone who knows what she is talking about (Emma Quayle's phantom draft):
17 ESSENDON: JAYDEN LAVERDE (Western Jets, 12/4/96, 189cm, 80kg)

Smart, classy and versatile player who can do the unexpected.

The rationale: This is the point where Laverde becomes hard to resist, given his talent. He's a tall, versatile running player who can carry the ball. That's what the Bombers need.

The complication: Jarrod Garlett, Touk Miller, Tom Lamb are all players who could come into the mix here.

20 ESSENDON: JARROD GARLETT (South Fremantle, 18/8/96, 180cm, 69kg)

Super-quick onballer, who also has the endurance to keep going. Determined, hard working and a confident player who takes the game on.

The rationale: The Bombers look reasonably well placed at either end of the ground, but could do with one more key forward. But they are huge fans of Garlett who, like Laverde, can move the ball.

The complication: Should Hugh Goddard or Jake Lever still be on the board, they would have to seriously consider picking either. Touk Miller, Tom Lamb, Connor Menadue are others in the mix and Lachie Weller is another big chance if available.
Laverde is a Steve Johnson type ... Gartlett has been likened to Sydney's Jetta ... wouldn't mind most (any) of the names mentioned in Emma's article.

Laverde would be a big slider based on most phantoms I've read. So good pick up I guess.

This is a no brainer

17 - a 6' medium forward who can mark and kick goals - a la Jack Gunston or Luke Breust

20 - an outside fast mid with elite disposal skills

Langford - compared to Matty Richardson by some http://boundforglorynews.com/2014-draft ... -langford/ and Marcus Bontempelli by others http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-11-08/m ... e-langford.

Has played half back, wing and half forward but not as a KPP. Interesting. A true utility.

Still 17 with predicted big upside... top ten at "combine" for agility ...
