Pick 19 should do it.
Remember when you mocked people for thinking unders would get it done for O'Meara?
I think 19 and a later swap/ novelty pick would be close enough.

Would do you suggest?
You can think that all you want.

You approach Hawthorn to take a bloke who is 26, a proven finals performer and has kicked 50 2 of the last 5 seasons and in the other 3 at least 40 with only a second round pick and they'll laugh at you.

Would you accept 19 for Langford? Because that's what I hope he turns into, a 50 goal a year third forward, albeit taller.

I wouldn't even bother offering anything, we don't have the currency. Our first round is overs and unless we trade that we aren't getting one that's correct weight, plus none of the players I'd want to give up would be useful to the Hawks.

That's true.

Hopefully we get to see Dempsey turn into Burgoyne, Gleeson turn into Hodge, Kommer turn into Rioli, J. Merrett turn into Puopolo etc

How do you turn a rissole into Fillet Mignon?

say it again, would be suprised if the hawks find many on their list wanting to go up to the gold coast.

and they have no trade currency for omeara.

they either try and flog a late first round now and probably a late one next draft or involve a third club.

we should be getting a steal for a guy like Breust in order for them to package up some top 10 picks to GC. no good player wants in up there.
