None of these need to wait until the PSD...they can be picked up as delisted free agents from Nov 1 (ie today).
Like last year I expect the PSD will be cancelled as it no longer has any purpose with the advent of free agency. Only reason it will go ahead at all is if a club wants to senior list a state league player or a kid who get overlooked in the National Draft.

Yeah, if it was held a month, or even two weeks after the normal draft, it might make some sense because you could have a few guys training with you before it to try them out.
