Reports from Fox sport that at least 2 Melbourne clubs are closely looking at Shiel
On offer - We pay some of his salary for the next 2 years and we get a 2nd round pick.
f*** that. Not so much the 2nd round, but that we pay his salary as well after screwing up our selections for a couple of years.

The weird thing with Shiel’s abysmal form this year (I know he’s been bad before this) was that interstate trip he took just before the first preseason game without the club knowing about it.

I think Shiel’s a nice guy and probably a really good footballer but right now he’s in the wrong place at the wrong time.
