Gresham played 23 of St Kilda’s 24 games this season, booting 21 goals and averaging 17.6 disposals. He has averaged exactly one goal per game over his 136 career games after being selected at pick 18 in the 2015 national draft.
Gresham had three consecutive seasons marred by injury prior to 2023, having been hampered by knee surgery (posterior cruciate ligament) in 2022 when he finished seventh in St Kilda’s best and fairest. He had previously overcome a ruptured achilles and back problems.
