Wakey, Wakey
Re: Wakey, Wakey
Shocking game. Stuffing around, not doing the hard work. Dees are playing like crap, we're worse. At least we're 15 up at HT.
Re: Wakey, Wakey
It's official, Laycock is one of the worst footballers we've had on our list in the last decade. He's been directly responsible for conceding at least two goals today already.

Re: Wakey, Wakey
Wow, we've just rocked up asleep at the wheel, although Lloyd has kicked 5 and Atkinson has just kicked himself a goal to put us back in front.
EDIT: LLOYD with mark of the year? They're clapping in the commentary box on 3AW.

That's close to mark of the year. Ripper. The skipper is keeping us in front.

What a mark!!! Lloyd making up 4 the total crapness of the game. Jetta some good tackles & Gus playing well.

Re: Wakey, Wakey
Slatts gets the first goal in the last and we've jumped out of the blocks early. Nice overlap and run of play from defence.
Laycock is struggling. He has been a target pretty often but jsut not getting near it... as a result, Green is lining up at the other end from point blank range. Thanks Laycock.
Quick reply from the Dees.

Reimers off with suspected Hamstring strain
Give away another soft goal.
Fortunately Dee's are even worse than us and Lloyd's been gifted another.

Carlton Football Club - Surely a contradiction in terms?
Re: Wakey, Wakey
We will probably win this because Melbourne keep turning it over, but really, we have played a shocking game (the skipper excepted).

Re: Wakey, Wakey
Incidentally congrats to Lloyd for becoming 8th highest scorer in the history of the game. Surprised no-one on Radio call has mentioned it.

Hopeless cause.
Something is not right with this boy - he is defintiely a better player than what he has now, regrettably become. I remember watching him early in his career and really thinking he could be anything. I really think his terrible run with injury in the past has had a major impact on his confidence. Get him a shrink

Re: Wakey, Wakey
We were ordinary today, i looked like we just didint have the hunger and drive to win. We were stuffing around with the ball again similar to earlier in the season. If Melbourne hadn't of butchered the ball in the second half i dont think we would have won.
Very lucky to escape with the win.
