No - in a democratic system a person's vote is normally anonymous to avoid the very challenging you refer to

Watson deserves votes for absolutely turning the centre clearances on it's head in the last 5 providing the driving force to win the game, Zaharakis deserves votes for a calm head and great poise under super pressure and making the most important kick of the day, and Davey deserves votes for chasing all day long and having the pies shitting their pants and hearing footsteps even when he was 20-30m away.
