Solomon

Post by bomberflyer »

I just want to wish one of our past-Premiership players all the best this week against Richmond - it is Solly's 200th - and a great effort for someone who suffered a career threatening knee injury and someone much maligned for being too hard at the contest and man on occasions. He did say sorry Lingy!!!

All the best Solly!!!!!

I'm devastated to see him playing that purple jumper but he is still one of my favorite players. Practically destroyed his body for this club.

Congrats Solly!

Yes, you have to applaud all our premiership heroes, and Solomon is that. Played a tough role for us and formed part of the "wrecking crew" along with Hardwick, Wallis, Barnard and the Johnsons. Went a bit silly towards the end of his career with us, but overall, he was tops. It's a shame he had to leave the club, but we now have Kyle Reimers and Bachar Houli to look forward to.

Congrats Solly =D>

Yep i agree... both he and Mark Johnson may have ended their careers in the purple of the Shockers but they will always be Bomber greats!!

Congrats Solly on 200 amazingly tough games!

he is one of only 4 survivors of the great 2000 premiership along with Lloyd, Lucas and Fletcher - for that he should be highly commended.

just said that he was supporting Rama and by his side every second possible and that he kept a Rama playing card in his sock every game he played, inspiring stuff!
