Just out of interest, do these players get 5, 4 & 3 votes at the end of the season or just the 3, 2 & 1 you have awarded. Or maybe, just to avoid confusion, throw in a couple more player like the rest of us?? :D

5. Watson - Most poss for us at 28 (as per usual), but it was his defensive side that gives him the votes (10 contested poss, with game high 8 tackles).
4. Monfries - Good game for a small lead up forward - 21 poss (8 contested), 9 marks, 3 tackles, 2 goals. Kept front position well & earnt 4 frees.
3. Fletcher - Set up the rebound & saved us on many occassions - Game high 10 one percenters. 18 poss (6 contested poss, 5 marks).
2. Prismall - Heating up. Similar to Welsh but better overall use - 26 poss (9 contested poss, 7 marks).
1. Welsh - Awesome first game back - 25 poss (10 contested poss, 4 tackles, 5 clearances).

Tough to pick the votes as most of the team had an impact at some stage, just not a 4 qtr performance collectively.

I must have been watching a different game to those that are giving Monfries votes...IMO, it was an ok game from him and def not his worst, but I don't think he was that spectacular overall and only really played about a half of decent footy...but that is just my opinion...

Also, I thought Alwyn Davey improved as the game went on. He seemed to have his timing all out of synch in the first half, but seemed to turn it around in the second half...still a fair way off, but good signs from him IMO...

wow the votes are certainly varying this week- shows it was an all round performance.

5- Brent Prismall- Gee this boy looks good, only his second game and he owned the midfield last night,
4- Angus Monfries- Loved his work rate all night. Led up to the footy hard, took some great marks and kicked 2 goals.
3- Andy Lovett- Once again was the spark across the half back line and in the middle. Having a great season.
2- Andrew Welsh- Wonderful comeback game from Woosha! Oozes grunt and class.
1- Dustin Fletcher- Mr Gadget was back to his best last night, lets hope that he gets the job on the Fev next week.

Mentions to Watson, Lucas, Lonergan and McVeigh (looked like he was on angry pills last night haha)

Struggled to understand how people can't give Monfries votes.

Provided a target up forward all night, lead up the ground and provided a link between the midfield and forward line, won hard contested ball, and got a number of free kicks because he got to the ball first, was willing to put his head over the ball and take hits from the opposition.

For mine he was BOG up until half time, was a bit quieter after half time.

4. Prismall
3. Fletcher

1. Welsh

Sorry to do this but I'm going to award some negative votes.

- 3. Matthew Knights

Seriously WTF!!! Lloyd kicks 3 goals playing out of the goal square in the 1st quarter, then bang, for some unknown reason he starts playing up the ground for the majority of the rest of the game, and has barely impact on the game after quarter time.

Why are we so opposed to havimg one of the greatest full forwards ever, play at full forward???!!!

His game was better than previous weeks. I don't like the way he stages for free's at any given opportunity and then mouths off at the umps when he doesn't get them... He'd be a much better player if he stops doing this. He looked better on the replay than live at the ground for some reason. Bruce and Lethal love him. Maybe this has a bit to do with it...

No one has Lonergan in their votes  I thought when I opened this thread he would be up there. But still fair votes. My votes are:

5 Prismall
4 Watson
3 Lonergan
2 Fletcher
1 Stanton
