This morning's paper confirms it...great player, sh1t loads of cred and a club legend. But WTF!!??

One day he says his 'heart' is telling him he wants to one day coach Essendon, then he realises the implications of this statement in light of the Matthew Nights saga (or maybe he said it because of the Matthew Nights saga!) and doe sa complete 180 on his words.

He is either someone who has no grasp of the gravity of the situation and the importance of his words (i.e. 'peanut') or he is deliberately playing a game of cat and mouse. People thought he was better than that.

As windy Hill said; he has done himself a huge disservice. P1ss off mate before you damage your brand further...

Best interpretation is that his subconcious concern for the Bombers, led him to verbalise in a manner that was directed at destabilising Knights. He clearly is not a peanut, but he is human, and perhaps , believed the "hype" that surrounds him/his reputation/status for a second or two. If it's the worst thing he ever does, he doesn't have much t oworry about.
