Also very good: Ryder, Jetta, Hocking, Heppell, Crameri.

I haven't seen the game but looking at the stats

Sam Lonergan - 9 clearances, 13 contested possessions and 8 inside 50's. Shit these are impressive stats. Only Jobe betters him.

5. Jobe Watson
4. Michael Hurley
3. Stewart Crameri
2. Sam Lonergan
1. David Zaharakis

Special mentions: The team, the coaching staff =D>

Jobe Watson is in great Brownlow form. If he keeps depositing goals along with his damaging disposals, he'll be classed as an elite midfielder. Class act.

Was our 2nd best tonight for mine behind Watson. Hille being out means we lose perhaps half a dozen clearances, plenty of I50s and grunt around the packs. I think Lonergan was very good in that department tonight, just winning the clearances and bashing the ball forward.

I'll go with the old 3, 2, 1

3. Jobe. I have no words for this man. A pure class footballer who delivers week in week out.
2. Hurley. Proving to be a handful for backmen. Very good at the contested game. Always makes a contest.
1. Tommy b. Stiff to get dopped after nab cup. And played prob his best game in the red and black

Not bad for a bloke that should've been dropped according to a few people on here, namely his highness, Filthius Talkshitius..

Impossible not to leave players out. Those who turned the game for me were:

Watson
Belly
Lonegon
Crameri
Hurley

3 mids, two forwards. Says it all with due reapect to the backline.
Too far for Baker now he's on to it, now he’s got it, OPEN GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dons are in front by one point at the 8 minute mark

5. Watson (33 poss and 17 contested at 64%, 3 goals, 6 marks, 9 clearances) - The goals on top of the clearances and the usual shitload of poss get him the votes.
4. Bellchambers (12 poss and 8 contested at 75%, 3 marks and 2 contested, 41 HO (Ess 56 v 28 StK), 4 clearances, 3 1%ers) - Dominated the ruck.
3. Crameri (20 poss and 9 contested at 65%, 1 goal, 8 marks and 3 contested, 5 tackles) - Impressive defensive work and stats for a forward.
2. Lonergan (18 poss and 13 contested at 44%, 4 tackles, 9 clearances) - Good contested work with impressive clearance stats.
1. Hurley (3 goals, 3 marks, 15 poss and 7 contested at 67%) - Similar to Crameri, and also that nice goal assist from a hitout.

Others to impress:

Fletcher (20 poss and 5 contested at 90%, 7 marks and 2 contested, 8 1%ers)
Hocking (3 marks, 7 tackles, 20 poss and 9 contested at 70%, 5 clearances)
Zaka (3 goals, 4 marks, 4 tackles, 15 poss and 9 contested at 47%)
Heppell (19 poss and 3 contested at 84%, 6 marks, 2 tackles)
Howlett (16 poss and 10 contested at 75%, 3 marks, 2 clearances, 8 tackles)

5. T. Bellchambers - B L I N D E R - keeps his spot for many weeks to come
4. J. Watson - work horse, slick - at $17's to win Charlie this week...
3. H. Hocking - Things I think I like: Mark Robinson talking up Buddha!!!
2. M. Hurley - Would have kicked 10 if the umpires had have paid all the holding/scragging free kicks!
1. C. Hooker - The last vote could have gone to a number of others but I reckon Hooker did a great job on the show pony for that pathetic mob of a football team!
