For as long as this site bashes the hell out of players, the official site would never re-associate.

The reality is that Gimps has been the only notable newcomer in 2 years. No disrespect to the other occasional posters. Hang on, is it just a coincidence that the place has been going south since The Gimpmeister General came on board. ;-)

In all seriousness, time for a makeover folks

Pfft, it was just a flat week because of the long break between games, and the shittynes of a narrow loss to the Filth. We are the boutique smart choice, like a special insiders pub. I for one, really like it this way. Though I am always happy to welcome others, as long as they have half a brain. Welcome Show.

I think I'm with you, robbie. I see it as a kind of fireside chat type thing.

But then again just a little bit of new blood wouldn't hurt.

And I can back Bonce here - EFC will not be interested in aligning with any forum, and I am in a better position to say that than he is ;) That bridge is long burnt. I think if we all just try and get a friend of two involved, even if they aren't BTers - I think some non biased opinions is never a bad thing - we'll be right. It has got a lil stale in here, I know I don't post as much, but I do read.
bonce mentioned nothing and this disappoints me.. He's been holding out..

But thanks for the welcome :)

F*ck that, keep it quiet in here. The last thing I want is for a topic to start, and within an hour there are 100 replies, none of which make any sense, and none of which are from any people I know anything about.
I've only met a couple of the gang here but I feel like I know each poster because we're such a small group. Keep it that way.

I agree and we should all lift our workrate and try and encourage like minded people.

I'm interested in this concept of "friend" - could someone please explain this to me????

Completely agree!!! I tried Blitz but it was so hardto keep track of posts and was so massive that I didn't bother. I love coming. On here and hearing what our little red and black community has to say.. Would hate it if it got overrun by randoms!!!

Guys, I am talking about an extra 10 people - its not like we will be dealing with the equivalent of hoardes of boat people flooding across the borders!!

Its funny how many regulars always pop up their heads when this matter is discussed yet we barely hear from them during other times

I'd like to think my style has enhanced the forum, so get stuffed

The reason why it seems a tad quiet is due to the fact that Filthy isn't posting newspaper articles and bitching about the umpires at nauseam.

As Windy says further along in this thread, we only need a small number (around 10) of new members that post regularly.
