It's news to me, I must admit. But it's no surprise either. He was working closely with him and detectives will pursue every avenue in pursuit to nail Charter. Doubt there was media coverage about that at the time.

Police have come out and said that claim is completely false! Interviewed as a possible prosecution witness.

Not true, the Hird household was never, ever, over run by the Federal Police. Dean must have got that mixed up with someone else's life. Extract in The Herald Sun this morning from the Federal Police the event never happened.

I actually feel for robinson.

He was regarded as one of the best on his field. So was Steve Dank.

Dank it appears has been caught out by this new s0 ruling from asada.

The argument will be on s0 and whose not been applying it. Asada or Dank.

Considering itd only just been brought in I think a few can be forgiven for coming undone.

And if our only s0 substance is aod9604. Well there is plenty of evidence in the public arena suggesting this particular substance asada status was not at all clear. It doesnt need any army of lawyers to concede on that point.

Heck the ACC initially asked about it and was not told it was s0. I think its ASADAs duty if asked about a substance to give ota classification correctly. Ie follow their bloody flow chart down to the end.

It never happened. There was no raid on Hirdys house. Dean may have confused this story with someone else who knows who certainly was raided by the Police some time ago.

With no disrespect, Dean is not a well man, this whole ASADA/ACC enquiry has obviously taken its toll on him and his family. Looks as though he might be almost at his wits end over this and its easy to get things confused and events juxtaposed.

I said the exact same thing this morning when i heard about the "leaks" oozing out to the Age. I am pretty sure, thats some pretty serious "governance" issues being displayed right there down at AFL head quarters!
